From looking at this mans trousers we see that he is scruffy. the fact that they are rolled up could suggest that they are hand me downs and the oddly stitching was probably done by himself. He is stood in the middle of the street with people around him giving him a wide birth, his stance shows him relaxing and taking in his surroundings.I turns out this man is a New Yorker and goes by the name of Doug Bilmaier. He works for Ralph Lauren and is in charge of their vintage department...who'd have though it.
